Welcome to examprep.hk (the "Platform"), operated by PICOPICO TECH PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202529124N), a Singapore incorporated private limited company trading as Plainset ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Account Creation: You must create an account to access the practice exams. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information (such as a valid email address) when you create an account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of account access.
Plans: We offer access through one-time payments for fixed periods (e.g., 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months). These are not recurring subscriptions.
Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by Hong Kong consumer protection laws.
Eligibility: Our "Pass Guarantee" is available on all paid plans. To be eligible, you must:
Claiming: If you do not pass your official exam after meeting the criteria, you must email us at support@examprep.hk within 30 days of receiving your official result. You must provide a clear copy or screenshot of your official result slip.
Remedy: Upon verification, we will extend your access to the relevant materials for one (1) additional month at no extra charge. This is the sole and exclusive remedy under the Pass Guarantee.
Ownership: All content, including the question bank, logic explanations, and "Plainset" methodologies, is the exclusive property of PICOPICO TECH PTE. LTD. and is protected by international copyright laws.
License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your own exam preparation.
Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, or "scraping" our question bank for commercial use or sharing it with third parties.

No Affiliation: examprep.hk is an independent platform. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:
"As Is" Basis: The Platform is provided "as is." While we update our question banks to reflect the most likely exam scenarios, we do not warrant that our content is identical to official exam questions or that use of the Platform guarantees a pass.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PICOPICO TECH PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any loss of income, exam fees, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. However, we acknowledge that users in Hong Kong may have certain non-excludable rights under Hong Kong consumer law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
